So my blog will be taking many different routes as it depends on what I get to review and giveaway. So below are how I'm going to get you an idea of what's that blog about.

Sister India , a book review

Now I'm am avid reader. And from time to time, I find books that relate to me and my life. My current read was a book called sister India
One of the main characters relates a lot to me. She is a gori, gori means white. On top of that she is from North Carolina, my birth state.
At first this book was a slow hard read. But you have to build up history to get an understanding. After about six chapters it picks up. Once you get to that point you will find yourself deep into the book.
You'll see point of views from several characters. Which also adds to the slow beginning. In this calm city by the Ganges, pronounced Ganga. Like in majority of India, a conflict breaks out between Hindus and Muslims.
Overall it's a good read. But if you are not familiar with India, like I am. Then you may have trouble understanding some of the words. You may need a Hindi to English dictionary. But if you are familiar with the culture then you will have no problem.

Great mirror. It doesn't fog at all, not even in the hottest shower. It comes with a hook to hang your mirror and another hook for you to hang your razor. A helpful tip: clean your shower wall where you are going to apply the hooks. They have a double adhesive sticker on them. We didn't do a good job of cleaning the area for the first one, which was the razor holder. We live and learn Lol. But even if you do this you can find more adhesive sticker, even at dollar tree. When you need to rinse your mirror, just use water and a soft cloth. It rinse clean fairly easily, unless you drown it in shaving cream. It's a decent size. Overall a great buy. My husband is enjoying doing time saving showers, combining the shower with the shave.

Lovely Lash Eyelash Curler

We all have a makeup box with three sometimes four of each tool. In our search to find the perfect tool. Eyelash curlers are no exception. Even if you really don't wear much makeup, you still own several of these. Let's face it eyelash curlers are a staple.
Most of the ones I have come across either pinch or pull at my eyelashes. I tend to curl, apply clear mascara, then curl again. I have long eyelashes that just tend to misshape.
I got the chance to try Lovely Lash Eyelash Curler. It comes in a pink girly looking box. The handles have a silicon grip cover. That ensure a noon slip grip.
The pad unlike its past competitors is a silicon pad. Also included is a free refill. It didn't pinch not pull. It curled perfectly the first and second time.
Once you get this one you can just throw those old ones away. Sponges are so dead.

If you are like me you grew up watching some kind of spy series. The main one I remember is Get Smart. They always had super cool spy gadgets. Even in the cartoon "Inspector Gadget". We all dreamed about getting that kind of great. Well now it's becoming a reality. I had the opportunity to get one of these gadgets. A real spy can ink pen. Here are my thoughts on it.
The video and sound are awesome!! The video is crisp and clear. It does work best if you are holding it still. It just reminds me of shows like get smart. Great quality. The only problem was the instructions aren't very clear. But once you figure those out, it's problem free. I one the fact it has a lifetime guarantee. On the bottom is an actual pen. You just twist it open. The camera is top quality. It is way better than my webcam. It can record up to an hour. Though I have only done up to 50 min. The light that shows you are recording is a tiny pin hole on the back. Unless you are directly looking for the camera lens you won't see it. This pen is worth the $50. As the video is super high def. Way better than my $30 webcam. Plus you can also take really clear crisp pictures. This is my own opinion and experience. I hope I can test more things like this in the future. This is one of my favs so far.

Food Storage Container - High Quality Stainless Steel - 3 Tiered...

Basically its a fancy tiffin box. But compared to a tiffin this takes the cake. Its extremely light weight. And unlike a tiffin its easy to open. The clasp pop open nicely. It has a nice handle. OK but onto the function and testing. Overall great. As far as keeping food warm, my results at from to test. First was the top layer, hmmmm... Kept my curry chicken warn for almost two hours only. I think this is due to the top being plastic and not insulated. The middle section, same food as before. But almost fours hours and was a lil more than lukewarm. But more than likely anyone carrying a tiffin will also carry a bowl to heat up items. So if carrying warm food bottom two layers are great. I would leave the top to things like rice, breads or sweets. But that's just my opinion. Cold things are perfect for this, as you can store in the fridge. Its easy to clean. Overall I love it. Much better than my current tiffin. The only problem I'm having is my husband keeps using it and i can't due to him hogging it. Going to have to buy another one. Maybe more for my family in India.

With the new year, comes New Year's resolutions. A lot of us take the new year as a time to try to loose weight or to try to get more fit. Whether it is lifting weights or running we all need something to hold whatever we choose to play music on. Let's face it working out is hard and sometimes seems like a mundane thing to do. But music speaks to us and helps to motivate to get the work out done. So within the past few years armband holders have emerged.
This one is for the iPhone 6. It is nicely constructed. The last thing you want is for there to be a scratchy part rubbing your arm as you are working out.
The plastic is just right. I've had some the plastic is too thick and it makes it hard to use the touchscreen. While some is to thin and breaks quickly. This one is a med thickness of plastic.
This doesn't have to be used just for an iPhone 6. I have an iPod touch it worked awesome with as well. The side of the arm band has a key holder as well. Perfect for the gym.
The strap holds it securely in place in all physical activities, except swimming of course. This one is definitely a great buy. I have found no fault in it all. Also included are five free health book downloads. Now I haven't been on the computer yet this week, as having signal troubles in the area. So I honestly can't tell you about these book. But hey they are free. So even if they are junk its not like you are out of any extra money.
