This is great for a beginner. For the ppl who really just got a board and are starting out. The fin is very easy to install. Really one nut and fin screw. You dont even need a screwdriver. The fin itself is made of heavy duty platic. Seems very sturdy. They promise it not to break within a year. All and all it is soundly made. And so far is holding up well.
