Very nice bags. They even come in a large white cloth bag, which I assume to be a dust cover. These look like lunch bags an office workers would carry. 

The small one is quite small. It won't hold much at all. Maybe two protein bars or a protein shake.

 The other one is much bigger. And will hold a descent amount of food. The large one holds more than one meals worth. It will hold up to a six pack of sodas.

Theses have really good stitching and look like they will last a long time. I'm. Glad I got these in exchange for my honest and unbias review.
