It seems like everyone is always talking about how their feet hurt. No wonder the shoe and accessory business makes so much money. And think how many shoes you buy looking for one that doesn't hurt your feet. I know I have so many pairs of shoes. Some that make my heels hurt, others the toes. Some have great arch support, while others have none. And ladies we give up comfort on so many levels to have that perfect shoe that matches said outfit.
What if I could tell you, you can have that pair of shoes and still have comfort? Now I'm not talking high heels. But those flats or low wedges. Or just plain tennis shoes.
For me finding shoes is difficult. One I wear small shoes. My recent pair came from the boys dept. Shoes always vary in sizes for me. Depending on the shoe I'm between a size 4-8.5 different brands different sizes. Then I have low arches. Making it even harder to find shoes. They either have no arch support, which kill my feet. Or the arches are too high for my feet, a popular brand "R", I cant even try.
I was given the chance to try out and sample Syono Orthotic Shoe Inserts.
When I received them I was eager to try them out. The first pairs they were inserted into were the no arch ones. The first few days were rough with the inserts in. My arch was sore as well as the rest of the inside of my feet. I tend to walk with my weight on the outside of my feet. The insoles were trying to correct and redistribute my weight to the proper places.
It took about a week and a half to really get used to them. After that no more soreness. My feet stopped having very hard and heavy calluses. I could stand longer without feeling fatigue. Overall if you can get past the soreness in the beginning, you will get relief for your feet.
Would I recommend?
Yes, the did help.
But they dont work for all shoes. I did have some flats with a more rounded toe, they didn't work in.
