Just like the other diet pills I have done before I had tried these for two weeks. One week no diet or exercise just to see what the pills do. Week two with a strict cleanse like diet and thirty min of walking a day.

Directions for the pills. Part 1) Garcina. Take 2 capsules daily. Now it does not say how or when. So I combined it with the other.  Part 2) slender cleanse. Take one capsule twice a day 30 min before meals with 8oz of water. I recommend before breakfast and around afternoon snack time. Later than that you may notice it will be hard to sleep. I found between 6-8 am and around 2-4pm the best times. I do recommend drinking lots of water with this. You will sweat and haveore bowel movements which water is key.

Week one. I notice I was eating less and sweating more. I was a Lil jittery bit no more than drinking a mountain dew or two. I did see more bowel movements I went from 1 a day to 3-4 every two days. In one week with no diet or exercise change I lost 4.5lbs. That is huge.
Now I did a strick diet I know to work with a cleanse I did before. Below is my diet. The same for each day, the meats and veggies can change for the dinner only.

Breakfast:
One hard boiled egg and a piece of fruit, for me bananas.

Mid-morning snack:
A handful of almonds and another piece of fruit.

Lunch:
A pouch of tuna in water with crackers and a piece of fruit, apple for me

Mid-Afternoon Snack:
A handful of almonds and fruit, grapes for mine.

Dinner:
Choice of meat:
Turkey burger, turkey breast meat, fish (can't fry it), or boneless skinless chicken breast.
Veggies:
A salad with no dressing, beans, peas, green beans. (NO CORN or POTATOES).
You can do rice, preferred brown. With the fish.

Exercise: walking 30 min a day.

Results of week two. Lots of bowel movements 3-5 a day. You will be in the bathroom with this one. Within 20 min after each meal. Yea it is an inconvenience.  Lots of sweating. Have lots of deodorant. I'm not making this pretty. Its not. I'm being honest. Hemroids will flare from lots of movements. But in the end the results were the greatest I have ever seen. Week two weight loss 12 lbs.
This stuff is unreal. Its hard. Its rough. But it gets results. Almost two pants sizes in two weeks. Mainly loss in the belly area. That's why so many bowel movements. Its removing the build up in your intestines. I will say again drink lots of water. You will dehydrate quickly if you do not.
